    How do I verify the $178 I spent on your service last November does NOT auto-renew this November?

    Also, after following your recommendations, my paying local ads no longer appear on the site. Can you advise how to fix that?

    George,

    Thank you for responding. I am unable to even get to the wp dashboard.

    As I noted, I can’t do ANYTHING on the site without getting your error. I get the error when I even navigate to the dashboard page. Therefore, I can’t even do the backup much less go in and deactivate the plugins.

    This occurred when I did your update. I need help quickly.
