    Hi,

    This is an export – I don’t want an export, I want subscription feed so that if events are added or changed, the subscriber’s calendar is amended or update when they resync.

    My links work in terms of a subscription but are limited by the number of events displayed in list view.

    Could you look at my links and you will see what I mean then could you help me achieve what I have asked for?

    I’ve changed the number of events per page to be 999 in the Settings>General tab so it should work but, it is still being limited – I want to amend the code in the php file that defines the number of items to view in a list. Could you point me to that file please?

    Or potentially could we create a new view called ALL events for example?

    Hi Jamie,

    I tried that but it didn’t work however, I have managed to play around and find the answer;

    My example that worked was;

    https://www.stmichaelsaldbourne.co.uk/diary/category/year-2/list/?ical=1

    So that’s

    {site-url}/{event-slug}/{category-slug}/list/?ical=1`

    Works a charm!

    Thanks for your help – hope other find this useful too.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply – I’m not sure I’ve been very clear.

    I have been able to export .ics files for different categories – see my page https://www.stmichaelsaldbourne.co.uk/diary/

    I’m not trying to export events I’m setting up a feed so a user can subscribe to the upcoming events.

    I have used the code referred to in the earlier article so a user can, for example using Outlook, add a calendar and subscribe to it using the url: https://www.stmichaelsaldbourne.co.uk/diary/list/?tribe_paged=0&tribe_event_display=list&ical=1&tribe_display=list

    This creates an iCal feed (one way) so the user can subscribe to the calendar and receive updates. So far so good.

    My issue is that this create a feed of ALL events, what I want to do is create other urls that only give feeds for certain categories so for example, if a parent has a child in Class 3 they would want to subscribe to a feed of with the category as Class 3 (category ID=10).

    Is there a term I can add to the string to achieve this?

    Thanks

    Closing this – it’s in the wrong place.

    Hi,

    I’ve created the category downloads, thanks.

    I now want to hide the default button on the bottom right but it is not
    within a div nor does it have an id.

    I can hide it using

    #tribe-events .tribe-events-button {display: none;} but that also hides the
    single event iCal and Google Calendar buttons.

    Where will I find the file that’s generating this button so I can add a an
    id/class?
