I solved the issue for now by increasing the memory allocated to php and WordPress. Having the plugin return a paginated result would be ideal. Hopefully you can get the bug fixed and put into a code release soon for those of us that want to run bigger events as currently, the product is really struggling when you hit 3,000 attendees plus.

    Hi Shelby,

We have WP Rocket already installed on the site for caching performance boost. In order to pull the attendee list, that takes approx. 240s or so, but it does complete. The only issue that I have seen as of right now is the checkout confirmation is super slow…well over a 5 minute wait for any new ticket purchases. If I purchase tickets on another event on the same server, that only has a few attendees, it comes back in around 10 seconds.

    Hi Victor,

Yes, for sure the first ticket I would like to have the first and last name
auto-populated but still editable in case they want to change it. If they
put multiples in, ideally it would auto-populate the last name only or not
populate anything but the first one. I appreciate any help you can provide
to get me going in the right direction!

    Hi Cliff,

Is there a approximate timeframe when this might be released or a patch
that I could test as this will be a showstopper for us if we don’t have any
idea of when this will be resolved and no way to fix it as we need to go
live in 3 months or so. Let me know.
