ParticipantI appreciate you being upfront. Should my Thesis 1.8.5 site be an easy fix, though? I had made the original adjustments to ECP 2.x on that site to make it work, but the upgrade to ECP 3.0 made the main events page 404. I have some other Thesis 1.x sites using ECP 2.x and I want to make sure that I have the solution to be able to upgrade on all of them. Thanks.

ParticipantTurns out the “heavy testing” statement was on a cached version of the FAQ page and referencing ECP 2.0, but I have been reassured in support emails that ECP 3.0 would be compatible with out of the box. I relayed that to my clients, so I went ahead with the upgrade.
Do y’all have a fix for my situation and are waiting on getting it formatted for a tutorial, or are you still trying to figure out the fix? I know there has been a mass exodus from Thesis since version 2, but I’ve put in the to master the theme and am sticking with it. If I don’t have a timeline on using ECP 3.0 with my new sites, I’m going to have to start using another calendar plugin.

ParticipantHm. I copy/pasted the code in my Thesis theme custom_functions.php file. I tried it in a couple of different locations, to no effect. I also tried making a dedicated php file in the ECP and Events Calendar folders. No dice there, either. Any idea?

ParticipantHey, that worked! Thanks!

ParticipantI don’t totally understand. I downloaded the PHP file. What folder do I need to put this in? Does it work like a plugin, or do I add it to the ECP folder, and check it out under my settings? Thanks.

ParticipantThanks, duder. Not a super rush, but I’m close enough to know it can be done. If I need to post my PHP, just have Jonah let me know.
