    Thanks, The Upgrade appears to be working now, but I need an explanation of the price. I just renewed my Business subscription in mid-December. Is the Upgrade to Agency prorated? Is it full price regardless of when my subscription renews? How does this work?

    Yes, in fact I hit the two upgrade buttons to see what they did and all three showed the same $149 Upgrade option.
