    Previously When I tried to Renew my license, the button would only display and Upgrade option. That was fixed, but now when I hit Upgrade, I’m only getting a Renew option.

    Can you please fix this and let me know how much the Upgrade is going to cost me.

    Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! Occasionally this type of error can crop up when there are issues with your browser’s cache or cookies. Are you able to completely empty your browser’s cache and cookies, quit your browser, restart, and attempt your upgrade purchase again? Failing this, can you try the same upgrade process using another browser? Let me know if either one of these is able to resolve your issue! If not, we’ll be glad to assist further via email.

    Thanks, The Upgrade appears to be working now, but I need an explanation of the price. I just renewed my Business subscription in mid-December. Is the Upgrade to Agency prorated? Is it full price regardless of when my subscription renews? How does this work?

    Hi David,

    Glad to hear that the upgrade process seems to be working well for you now! Great question–upgrades are priced based on the cost difference between your existing license and the license tier you’ve selected for your upgrade. An upgrade changes the type of your license, but it doesn’t renew or extend it, so you shouldn’t see any change in pricing regardless of when you choose to upgrade.
