Hey Leah,

I have a doubt but I don’t really know if the best place to post it is here. If a customer lost his ticket – which was sent by email – what could he do? I mean, using woocommerce + events calendar + event tickets plus I can’t see the ticket when I go to “My account”.

The only thing I can see is a kind of receipt, but not the ticket itself (with the QR code).

Can you help me? 🙂

Hey guys!

Thanks for the question. I didn’t realize that I had to go and complete manually the order just to get tickets in customer’s email.

But, is that possible to complete it automatically? I mean, once my payment system acknowledge the payment, the order should be set as “completed” @ woocommerce page.
