Update.
Here are the trouble shooting steps that I’ve taken:
– deactived and reactived the plugin –> no change
– deleted and then reinstalled the 4.5.11 version –> no change
– installed the plugin on the sister website to this brand (southshoretrails.com) –> worked just fine, have subsequently removed the plugin since I only have 1 licenseSeptember 13, 2018 at 10:03 am in reply to: Getting an "Access Denied" page when users login #1621037JenniferParticipantWould greatly appreciate some support on this ticket. It is probably a fairly easy item to solve.
I just have paying customers that aren’t able to use the tool right now – so it’s an issue.
JenniferParticipantI deactivated a whole bunch of plugins to double check and played around a bit more.
– Removed the Pro license to get back to the standard header
– action links work on the “month” view
– action links do not work on the “list” or “day” viewJenniferParticipantSo this might be a little complicated to explain 🙂
But I have a matching site (Southshoretrails.com) that has all the same
plugins – except the Events Calendar Pro license.I think the issue is in the components that become available when you have
that license.
