    Thanks Chris & Jennifer

    I have refreshed my connection to facebook and put in my code for meetup again

    I suspect the problem is something else as today it is saying that I have zero imports available (see attached)

    Some of the imports that I have deleted and redone are working whereas others aren’t importing. THey have a orange symbol beside them which says “import pending” when I hover over it

    I have about 70 scheduled imports per day

    I have a personal license which allows me 100 imports per day.

    What is the problem here?

    Events>Help is recognising this today (see attachment)

    When I hover over the red exclamation mark in events>import>history, it says “import failed”

    Could you advise what I should do to fix this problem?

    I have shared my system information.

    Attached is a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status

    It is saying that I have zero daily imports. Why is this? And what can I do about it?

    UPDATE

    I’ve logged into my website and gone to events, seetings, licenses and input the license key I received in the email when I purchased a new license for events aggregator

    I am receiving this error message:

    There is a new version of Event Aggregator available but your license key is invalid. You may need to download and manually install the new version. You can check the status of your licenses and download plugins by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com. View what’s new with version 1.0

    What should I do?

    I’ve renewed event aggregator but events haven’t been imported since I renewed

    How do I install the file I was sent when I renewed?

    This was when set as per the log, 20%. Let’s try get everything working in the first instance then we can worry about the fees! It’s not working regardless of percentage set. Thanks.

    Thanks! Could you please shed some light on the first part of my topic – On submitting a new event; I give users an option to sell tickets.

    Please confirm how I hide “Enable global stock” from the Submit Event page – I don’t want to show this option and I cannot hide through CSS.
