Yeah I also noticed that bug with one number less than expected when one slot is unlimited as I’m using tribe_events_count_available_tickets already and I need to compare it to original number of tickets and get some percentage out of it. Looking forward to your answer why tribe_tickets_get_capacity isn’t working, thanks.

Thanks, but I need original number of tickets defined in backend for that event(post), tribe_events_count_available_tickets returns how many tickets are available at that moment. Any idea how to get that number?
Please see attached screenshot, there is no such option. Maybe it’s with Woocomerce, I’m not using it.

1. Install WordPress
2. Enable your plugins
– Event Tickets
– Event Tickets Plus
– The Events Calendar
– The Events Calendar PRO
3. Create new event and add new RSVP with name 10AM for example and capacity 35
4. Go to event page and reserve 5 tickets
5. Now there is 30 available spots
6. Change capacity from 35 to 25
7. Available spots should be 20, but it is 15Please take a look at this ASAP because I have a live event registration where I can’t change capacity because of this bug. There should be around 10000 people registered for this event in the end, and this bug is causing registration not to work properly, so there’s a lot people calling my customer. This is making me and them look bad. This is basic feature that should work. Looking forward to your quick answer and fix.

as I said, I tried with clean WordPress site using default settings and theme and only your plugins, I think this is a bug you easily reproduce.
