ParticipantI fully understand what you are saying. However, this is not how it is working. It is like the code is being cached. So once the site goes in to responsive mode, it gets stuck. So after, it only stays with the filter bar closed. Try it yourself and you will see what I mean. Simply open an incognito window, then resize the window. Then maximize the window again and refresh if necessary. You will see that the filter bar now stays closed.

ParticipantI mean just that. The Filter Bar is collapsed, as in I have to now click “show filters” to see the filter bar. In the settings I have set the “Filters Default State” to “opened” yet the bar is closed when I look at the website now.

ParticipantNow my filter bar collapses and stays collapsed. I would like the filter bar to be open at least on the desktop size.

ParticipantYes, I am adding an image on the “Product Image” section. Yes images show just fine on standard WooCommerce products. So this is an Events Calendar specific issue it seems.

ParticipantI had images on both places and still no image. I tried removing the image just from the ticket and leaving it in the Featured Image and still no luck.
Try it for yourself. Add a class to the cart, then view the cart.

ParticipantI had some URL issues. Thanks for the help. Your guidance really lead me in the right direction!

ParticipantGreat. Thank you! I would have chalked this up to some weirdness with my browser/computer, but I have others that are having the same issue, so I’m sure someone can replicate this issue. Thanks again! Looking forward to your reply.

ParticipantI watched your video and it looked correct. I then tested it on two other computers, then on different networks, then on my phone (both on wifi and data) and I still saw the problem. I also later received an email from a customer stating that the site wasn’t working.
I noticed that there was an update to the plugin today. I applied it hoping that it would fix the issue, but it didn’t. So I’m at a loss, but my site is not working. Can you take one more look, perhaps from another browser with your cache cleared? Thanks!
Chuck
ParticipantI have tried multiple browsers with the same issue. I’m running Windows 10.
Have you tried clicking to the next month? That’s one place where I get a hangup.
Chuck
ParticipantNo error message. I enabled debugging mode and didn’t see any errors.
