    When I add a ticket to the cart, it does not show the ticket image in the cart, but instead a dummy/filler image. I have selected an image for the ticket on the backend.

    Hey Chuck,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I believe the image there should be pulling from the featured image set on the event associated event rather than the WooCommerce product for the ticket. Have you tried setting an image on the event to see if that works for you here?

    I had images on both places and still no image. I tried removing the image just from the ticket and leaving it in the Featured Image and still no luck.

    Try it for yourself. Add a class to the cart, then view the cart.

    I can see the issue on your site and can replicate the issue on my local install. I’ll dig into this further to see if I can come up with a temporary solution here while documenting the potential bug here.

    Hey Chuck,

    I did some testing here and it looks like the way we currently provide that image is based on the image associated with the product. You mention that you have those set for your tickets already? Are you using the Product Image section here https://cloudup.com/cQnddsSVCod when setting those images? Do images added to non ticket products show properly within your cart on your site?

    Yes, I am adding an image on the “Product Image” section. Yes images show just fine on standard WooCommerce products. So this is an Events Calendar specific issue it seems.

    Hey Chuck,

    Thanks for verifying here!

    Unfortunately I’m unable to replicate this issue using the latest versions of our plugins along with a default WordPress theme. It’s possible there could be another conflict at play here that we may be able to help with if we’re able get to the root of the issue.

    To start, we ask that you do follow the Testing for Conflicts procedures to see if you’re able to see normal functionality on your site with just our plugins active and a default theme. Let me know what you find there.
