If I change this to -6 UTC which is what the current time zone is on the 13 it then show 8:00 AM and not 9:00 AM so it is the opposite from the Chicago timezone.

I have a test site and I removed all the plugins except the calendar and calendar pro as well as set this to twentyforteen for the theme and still do not see the javascript validation.

Thanks for the reply. The first issue is when setting a re-occurring event. If the end date is not selected and you press save event the server then continues to post indefinitely or at least the process cycle continued for over 2 hours.

IF this filed is left blank it should really have a message generated that would state an end date needs selected. This would prevent issues with the plugin at least not continuing to processing adding an event forever.
