ParticipantHi Jennifer,
Thank you so much for your quick reply and help. I’m so sorry to say, the “important” code did not work. It looks great, and I pasted it my buzzpro.com website; however, I think there must be some other CSS code that is overriding it? I get so frustrated with CSS. I thought about taking a course on it, but I use it so rarely.
Thanks again for going above and beyond, Jennifer. I so appreciate your enthusiasm for helping me and your technical expertise. I think I’m going to have to hire someone to do this for me because I just can get it to work.
Thanks again, Jennifer…
I appreciate you!

ParticipantThank you for your help, Jennifer. I’m sorry to say the CSS code did not work when I pasted it in the style.css file. (see attached) It did delete a couple of empty lines above the calendar, but it did not delete the “Previous Post” and “Next Post.” I know you are very busy, but I would sure appreciate your revised CSS code. If not, I understand.
Thank you, Jennifer!

ParticipantHi Groff,
I’m a paying customer. I’ve been using the premium version of The Events Calendar for many years. Is there technical support available for long-term paying customers?
Please advise…
Thanks!

ParticipantI had to hire a web-site developer to fix this issue. Cost me a fortune, but I got it fixed. Too bad you guys don’t offer phone support. The emails back and forth didn’t work for me!

ParticipantHi Courtney… Can you please help me with my previous email question?
Terry Sullivan
ParticipantHi Courtney,
I hope you can help me. I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve used The Event Calendar
Pro for many years, and it stopped working all of a sudden. I’m a presenter
for a living and now know, one knows where and when I’ll be presenting. My website is buzzpro.com. I deactivated and uninstalled the program. Now
when I try to re-install the event calendar, I get a message “installations
failed because the destination folder already exists.) So now, I can’t even
re-install this. Can you help me, please?

ParticipantThe Event Calendar link doesn’t show up at the top of my Admin page. The plugin is installed?

ParticipantThanks Nico,
You are amazing… It worked!
Can you please, however, tell me why when I added the CSS coding you sent me to my RISE WordPress theme editor, it did not work. But, once I added the plugin you suggested and entered the code you sent me, it worked perfectly. Why did I have to add the plugging to make the css coding work?
Please advise…
Thanks again, Nico…
I so appreciate you!
