    Reporting back- only issue is it was changing the page where you can update quantity to show a 1, instead of the quality you selected. So if I picked 4 tickets, when it shows the checkout page it’s auto filling the 1 there (even though it’s still counting as 4). Had to remove the function because of that.

    I don’t want to high jack the thread now either but now all the sudden none of my attendee data is being captured (and I REALLY need to find a way to get that attendee info on the tickets).

    If you could offer help or split me off in new thread that would be great. I followed up on some other forums but our launch date for registration is supposed to be in two days!!!

    I’m trying to resolve the same issue I believe. I need to get attendee info onto the ticket, especially since we could sell multiple tickets and they all get delivered together. We have a conference coming up where we need to make sure every attendee has their own unique ticket because as we check them off we have materials for them to pick up.

    Also should note- if you have someone purchase bulk tickets and one of the attendees show’s up and you need to manually check-in, the search function does not find them. The search function is only finding the purchaser, which again is a bit problematic since we’re asking for specific details about each attendee (diet restrictions, shirt size, etc.)

    I have the exact same question! I thought that’s how it worked. We are set to launch registration in two days and will be selling bulk group tickets. Also, we need the tickets to have the attendees name on it, not the purchaser. If it doesn’t have the attendees name on it, how will we know which ticket belongs to which attendee when they come to check in? This could cause us to qr scan someone in, but if someone doesn’t have their ticket and we are looking up attendee info they could show as already checked in…

    Hopefully there is a way to make this work!
