    Hi again,

    Ok so I created a free event and tested it, and I finally got the tickets. Not sure if the tickets sending have anything to do with the fact that they are free, but I’ll test it on another paid ticket and let you know.

    Hi Geoff,

    After lots of trial and error. The tickets still aren’t sending to the end
    user!

    I don’t know what the issue is, but I’d like some assistance. Will you be
    requiring log in details to see what the issue is?
