    Hi there,

I have been in touch before about the same issue. My tickets don’t send to the end-user. I get all the emails about new order/complete etc. But then receive no ticket. When we spoke, you said I should update the plugin, and I’ve just updated again to your latest one. Still nothing. The tickets are automatically generated with the event content, correct?

I now have my payment gateway in place, which I thought would do the trick. But still nothing. Please can you assist with this matter as it is an urgent one and my client want’s to go live ASAP.

When I look at the tickets from the Woocommerce order page, it also just shows me the image header – not any ticket content (See screenshot). Am I supposed to create my tickets elsewhere on the system? Or is that where the ticket fieldset comes into play? Please help – highly confused.

    Thanks,
    Bayley

    Hi again,

Ok so I created a free event and tested it, and I finally got the tickets. Not sure if the tickets sending have anything to do with the fact that they are free, but I’ll test it on another paid ticket and let you know.

    Hi and welcome,

I’m happy to see you’re making progress. I highly recommend installing Easy WP SMTP to help ensure emails get delivered. You should have a test site set up with the default WordPress theme and our plugins only where you can fully troubleshoot issues. Please review our Using One License for Live and Dev Sites and Moving Your License Keys tutorials for more information.

Whenever you believe you might be affected by a bug, you need to review the Testing for conflicts guide and provide your findings to the support team member handling your thread. With that said, please review the Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you find out. This is a required step to continue receiving support and I cannot proceed until I have the results from your testing.

When testing, make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.

Lastly, visit WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and review the WooCommerce-Specific Ticket Settings tutorial to ensure the settings are ideal for your needs.

Please keep me updated and have a pleasant weekend ahead. Cheers!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
