I have your Events tickets plus set up, and am using it with an events theme called Vocal.
I see that your tickets are supposed to send automatically. I currently have the Payment Gateway in sandbox mode and have been testing out the purchasing process with an event of mine. When I finish the payment with direct bank transfer, I am getting a notification saying internal server error (see screenshot). Now maybe this is because it is in sandbox mode etc. However, I then get 2 emails (order on hold, and then order complete). as the admin I also get an email about the new customer order. However, I receive no ticket.
When I go to my account and click orders, I can see my completed orders. But there is also no link or anything to download your tickets.
I am not sure why this is happening? Also, when I check on woocommerce emails to see where the email is going, it doesn’t have ‘customer’ – it’s just blank. I can’t edit this – but I don’t know if that’s the problem. (see screenshot).

We are sorry to hear about the tickets not being sent when you would expect them too on your install. I would love to help you with this topic.
The very first thing I would recommend would be to upgrade Event Tickets Plus to version 4.4.2
We have completely redesigned our tickets sending feature under Events -> Settings -> Tickets and it is much much better.
Full disclosure, the previous version did cause several issues to some of our customers.
Give it a shot and let me know if your issues persist.

After lots of trial and error. The tickets still aren’t sending to the end
user!I don’t know what the issue is, but I’d like some assistance. Will you be
