    Barry

I have a draft event that is also not accessible and this is an event created by an admin. The events tab shows one event as draft. Clicking on draft loads that tab with no events editable.

    You are quick Barry!

I guess I am confused, both by related threads on this topic and the not by Leah above where he said tickets needed to be manually changed, in the earlier version, from shipped to virtual and downloadable for the order to come through as complete. After reading that I assumed the update marked tickets as “virtual and downloadable” by default. It makes sense the latter would not be true as the tickets are not downloaded, rather, emailed.

I will check with the WooNinjas, though I suspect they are going to say they don’t provide support for third party plugin developers.

I appreciate the help and swift response. Kudos

    Thanks Leah, Barry –
I waited to implement ECP and WooTickets until the update, so all of these ticketed events were created using the update. I checked before posting and tickets are being created in WooCommerce as simple, virtual products but downloadable is not selected by default. I suspect this is a bug?

Thanks Barry. I figured that was the case. I already made a related suggestion for a future feature. Seems to be some opportunity to create a better WooTicket experience! Thanks again.

Correct Barry. Since event dates change from week to week and the products (tickets) do not, I am forced to create the same tickets over and over. Example:
Event: Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
    Date: Wednesday, July 3, 2013
    Tickets:
Single Admission with board provided $XX
Single Admission with no board provided $XX

The same class might occur two or three days later, or the next week and so on. The event “tickets”, or products for purchase will never change.
