I did find there was any issue with a permission on a JS file that was preventing me from manually changing the inventory level. I have fixed that and now it will at least let me change the inventory level manually.
However, I’m still curious if there is a way to set the tickets as complete and deduct inventory automatically?

I can’t find a setting to adjust that anywhere. I don’t want to have to manually adjust them, that is just the way it is set up…

It is USA E-Pay by WooThemes. I’m also running a POS add on for instore sales. All ticket sales are doing the same thing regardless if it is online or in-store.
As for the WooCommerce product, it still shows the original quantity. So it doesn’t add any there, but it isn’t deducting it either.
It does add a custom field “total_sales” and shows the correct number of sales there.
And Yes, all ticket sales are automatically set to “processing” and then I have to go in and change them to completed.
JulieParticipantI’m having the same issue and I’m running Tickets 3.11 and core 3.11.2.
I can not turn off all plugins or change theme as this is a live site right in the middle of a LARGE marketing event. I am also running payments through WooCommerce USA ePay Gateway made by WooThemes/SkyVerge.
