    Hi Infamia,

Thanks for chiming in. It’s good to hear rolling back shouldn’t cause any issues if we keep WP 3.7.1. That’s the big concern at the moment. I did in fact search the thread beforehand (which is why I commented others were having problems).

I appreciate you trying to help on the main issue, but what you linked to provides zero support or help for what I posted above — there are no solutions listed, it’s not the exact issue we’re having, and half of the threads are “private”. We own several paid plugins from Tri.be so that we can get the professional support/help getting things fixed, which is why this new thread was needed. They’ve been very helpful in the past, so I’m sure their support will come through again.

    Thanks,
    Chris 🙂

Another concern though – we’re using WP 3.7.1. Will Events Calendar Pro and Events Calendar 3.1 work with WP 3.7.1? Or do we not have to do a full site restore? (Which would be a massive pain since we have new registrations that have come in today that are store in our database)

Follow-up: Good news is we hunted around and found downloads for the 3.1 version. We deleted the 3.2 folders and put the 3.1 in place and everything appears to be working fine. But this obviously doesn’t fix the issue. Can you guys look into this somehow before we upgrade so it’s not breaking homepages? From reading here in the forum a bit more…seems like it was breaking sliders for other folks, too. Please let me know how we can get this solved.

    Thank you,
    Chris

One correction from what I typed above: “From what I’ve seen it appears manually adding a product that is a ticket in WOOCOMMERCE also adds them into the attendee list in WooTickets, yes?

    Hi Barry,
We use cpanel and I’ve tinkered around in the web-based MySQL admin tool, so I don’t mind going in to do that if the organization needs me to. I do have a backup plugin running on our site. Can you give please give me steps of where/how to delete them from the attendee list?

And for exchanging, would you recommend we go into WooCommerce and just DELETE the previous product(ticket) they ordered on their record, and then add in another show if they are exchanging? From what I’ve seen it appears manually adding a product that is a ticket in WooTickets also adds them into the attendee list in WooTickets, yes?

Since we WILL have this need in just a few weeks, we need to create a workflow that we can use now (before your next release fixes this issue) so the attendee list/orders stay correct for all our shows.

Thanks again for the quick & helpful replies…

    Chris 🙂

    Hi Barry,
That appears to have done the trick – thank you!
