    Hi there,
    We turned off the pdf email attached based on the fix you recently posted. But what is the best way to turn off the “Ticket Attached” message that gets tacked onto the email subject line? Is there some code you can give us to add to the functions.php or custom style sheet to deactivate that too please?

    That should be possible … can you try adding this snippet and get back to me if it doesn’t work?
