    Hi Geoff.

Events calendar is commercial plugin, how can we test it in dev environment? Is there any dev based/temp/trial license we could use while debugging?
Problem is that we can’t do the testing on http://jwcdaily.com server because it’s live and it has a blog network (MultiSite), we would like to avoid creating any new instances on this server.

    Please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hi Geoff.

This is public place available to anyone and I can’t give you what is considered as sensitive server related info.
If you have private way of communicating this type of data ok, if not please don’t ask me to reveal something that can be used by hackers.

    Thanks.

    Hi Geoff.

I’m not sure if you’ve checked the screenshot I’ve sent you, so let me send it from another browser.
You can clearly see that complete set of scripts that are belonging to Community Events are broken and wrapped in

    tags.

Is there any way to fix this type of filtering or push the scripts outside the content area?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks.
    Dushan.

    Hi Geoff.

Initial issue on our side was never style related. In fact it was always blank due to 500 error.
Community Events page was working shortly today, but it’s back to 500 error we started with.

My biggest concern here is the fact that the issue is the same on my local Ubuntu server where I have 1024Mb assigned memory and i5 processor.

I do appreciate the fact that plugin works flawlessly on your demo site, in real environment you have more complex setup.

After installing Query plugin I see that site uses around 50Mb 76Mb on calendar page, and that only slow query belongs to Event Shortcode. And now the Add Event page is working again.

Attached is how add front end of Add Event page looks like when logged in, no head no footer, completely broken.

    Thanks.
    Dushan.

    Hi Geoff.

We are still experiencing starting issue, 500 error (staring issue was not in styles, page was not rendering at all).
We managed access it once after fixing the styles but it went down again and it’s down ever since.

This server is VPS and it has more than enough memory to start with, issue is happening with Community Events and Community Events only (the rest of the site works normally.).

Is there any way we can debug this (from within the plugin)?
Only errors we can see are regular “Notice…” based errors (no fatal errors or anything alike). Issue persists even when we switch to default WordPress theme and there are no overrides in theme folder.

    We are using Genesis framework.

    Please advice.

    Thanks.

    Dushan.

    Geoff:

My tech support says the page is not showing because it has an error and it’s not rendering anything.
“NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – http://jwcdaily.com/events/community/add” (Screen shot is below)

I’m not sure if this background is important but: In early 2016, we integrated our first site (dailynorthshore.com) with multi-sites under http://www.jwcdaily.com. The tech guy i’m working with now installed the Modern Tribe Events Calendar Pro to our single site in 2014 but did not work on the multi-site integration in 2016. He says that “the team who was working on MultiSite integration simply added display none to the content for Community Events, because even when it’s working Community Events page is broken completely due to errors in Community Events content filtering causing JavaScript to break.”

I’m sharing that background in case it can help YOU help US figure this out!

Here’s a screen shot from today:
