ParticipantHi Brook, that codes snippet seemed to work a treat. Would you Also have a code snippet to add an iCal beneath the gCal link.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Andras, I did some updates and gave it another go. Seemed to sort of work. Now the text seems to work… But i thought this would be the event gcal link to the event. Is it possible to add the link or have the ical and gcal buttons at the bottom of the email. please see screen images attached.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Andras, I had a look at guide you supplied. very confusing not sure which ticket file to edit. I just want to add “goggle cal” to both RSVP and Woocomerce tickets that get emailed out. Is there some kind of simpler way to do this.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Cliff, I have had a bit of success. I tried producing some ticket with woo commerce not RSVP…. and guess what FUE is working perfectly it triggers goes in to the schedule folder in FUE and triggers at the right time and works how it should. So the real problem seems to be tickets created with RSVP. FUE schedules these tickets then they just sit there there and nothing happens.
So to me it seems like FUE seems to work fine the issues seem to be with ET RSVP?
Also when I use the existing variable fields in FUE and I select {ticket_image}. It does not display the image used in the ticket. Would you know what image this is referencing so I could have it display in the emails. All other variables seem to be working fine except this one?
Thanks Johnny

ParticipantHi Cliff, I have had a look at this thread and Chris seems to be receiving all emails from FUE. I have tried different categories different triggers. But all end up in the scheduled folder of FUE. Woo commerce got back to me the other day with this:
Hey Johnny,
The error logs show another issue which might be the main cause of this : DISABLE_WP_CRON constant is set to true. This means that the WP-CRON is disabled on your site and which is why these schedules tasks are not running as expected. You can enable WP Cron by editing your wp-config.php – find the line that says:
define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true);
It should be above the /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ line. In this line, just replace true with false and these tasks should start running instantly.
Let us know how that goes.
Regards,
Yuvraj
Happiness Engineer @ WooCommerceI have now tried this and nothing has changed?
Cliff is there a way to automatically resend the original ticked that gets generated when some purchases a ticket with out using FUE. Is there something in my setting of FUE or wordpress that would stop these emails being sent out? I really need this sorted asap it. Would like to know how Chirs got his FUE to work?
Also when I go to the scheduled folder in FUE and I try hit the send email now button (see screen shots) it just goes to a white screen and nothing happens?? I have also attached my config file.
