    I am legally using the pro version of events calendar and Tickets on one, and only one, site. I have a XAMPP localhost (127.0.0.1) copy of the site that I use to test upgrades and so on.

    This local version often requires a complete wipe and start over. It did today as well. Once I got everything in from the backup I was told that I was out installs on both. So I visited my account, and there was only the license for the public site showing. There no longer seems to be a place for me to enter my keys in the localhost version. All I get is an invitation to spend more money.

    I thought a localhost/127.0.0.1 address would count as a Development site, and this problem should not occur.

    what do I have to do to activate my plugins on a Development site? Is there a permanent solution to this recurring problem with the dev site?

    Can you add .dev to the url in Xampp? I saw a few tutorials on how to do this.

    That should resolve the local dev needs.

    In the meantime, you still receive support here with the license that you have, even if the license isn’t active on that local site. You’ll just need to update plugins manually, but all else will work as expected. Also, it will help when reporting conflicts to manually add the System Info as private replies to support threads.
