Wrong version purchased

    Hi,

    I just purchased the Filter and the Aggregator for 300 imports a day. However, I purchased the wrong version of the Aggregator. I only need the version that imports 100 per day.

    Please adjust the purchase and price to reflect the purchase of the Filter and the 100 per day Aggregator. I know there was a discount based on the purchase, and my total discount percentage will be 15% rather than 30% because of the lower cost for the Aggregator. I haven’t downloaded or activated either product yet.

    The good news is you are fully entitled to a partial refund since you are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the partial refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here and make sure you reference this thread.
