    Hello –

I have an event set up as recurring, same day just different times. On the backend, it looks right, but when I go to the front, its wrong by an hour.

I’ve attached a few examples of what I am looking at from the backend:
    – A Celebrate Recovery (recurring series) with time of 7:00 – 9:00 PM

Also attaching a few examples of what I am looking at from the frontend:
    – A Celebrate Recovery event on January 29 with a time of 7:00 – 9:00 PM
    – A Celebrate Recovery event on May 22 (& May 29) with a time of 6:00 – 8:00 PM

I set up the “Automatically share my system info” feature through the Help section on my dashboard in WP.

    Hi Danielle,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I believe this is related to a known issue that we have, currently listed on our Known Issues page.

There is a Daylight Savings Time glitch when using Series Engine.

To work around this, deactivate Series Engine until the recurring event is created. Note: deactivating the plugin will not influence already existing events. To fix existing events deactivate Series Engine and re-save the recurring event, check if the timings are correct on the front-end, then re-activate the plugin.

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
