Hi, I bought the WP e-commerce plugin and i needed the woocommerce plugin. Installing the original plugin has given my website a fatal error. I had no idea there were two different ones. If possible I can delete this plugin and exchange it for the correct one.
We will email you back once the refund has been processed and depending on the service it may take between 5 to 10 days for them to refund the money to your account.
