    This takes way longer than manually entering. Can I please get a refund? I don’t have time to try and figure this out – It’s not working properly and all of the times are wrong so I’m not able to use it.

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    If you are getting wrong dates and times in a Facebook Import please check your timezone settings in WordPress here:

    Settings > General > Timezone

    Make sure that is set to your timezone.
