    Hi

    So I deactivated the Wp3cache plugin and my events page showed up but when I re-active it, the events page suddenly disappears. I am able to access the other categories on my website but the main event page will not load. Is there anything I can do? I want to keep this plug in active.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Caching plugins in general can often cause issues like the one you describe here. This is quite a bummer, but there is one thing you can try to be able to use both plugins without issue:

    • Check out the W3 Total Cache settings and see if there are settings related to “script minification” or “stylesheet minification”. If so, deactivate/disable everything minification-related that you can.

    If this does not help, then unfortunately the plugins may be inherently incompatible on your site 🙁

    I tried disabling all Minifying functions and the page still does not load.

    I’m sorry to hear this @Robin! W3TC may not be compatible with The Events Calendar on your site, unfortunately 🙁

    If you’re interested in further investigation on this, you might find the steps here helpful: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/.

    Otherwise, you might be able to ask the W3TC folks if they have further recommendations about disabling features in their plugin that might be affecting the functionality of The Events Calendar.
