Jeremy
ParticipantI am having to major errors with the Events Calendar currently.
1) Something related to Events Calendar Pro is breaking my WordPress customizer. I have turned all plugins off except for Events Calendar Pro and it definitely seems to be the culprit.
When I click on customize in wordpress i get a screen that says the following:
Edit Add Events Featured Venue
Events Featured VenueAlso when I click on widgets none of my widget sections are visible for editing when the plugin is active.
2)When i click on “settings” under events i get a server error 500. I cannot access the Events Calendar settings at all.
I would appreciate any help on this matter.
Thanks,

ParticipantHey Jeremy,
I am unable to recreate either issue here—really sorry to hear about these happening on your site!
To help investigate the Customizer issue, for starters can you try leaving all plugins except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro deactivated on your site?
Then, activate a default theme like Twenty Sixteen, and try the Customizer again—do the same issues persist?
The 500 internal server upon clicking the “Settings” link is not something I can recreate either. When your site is in the state above—where The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro are the ONLY active plugins, and a default theme like Twenty Sixteen is activated—do you have the same 500 error?
If you do both tests here and issues persist, then in your reply can you post your “System Information”? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantIt appears issue #1 is some sort of compatibility issue between the Avada Theme and Events Calendar. This issue is not present on the twenty fifteen theme but is present as soon as i enable the Avada Theme.
Issue #2 presents itself once I enable the Avada theme AND the Fusion Core plugin that goes along with the Avada Theme.

ParticipantThank you for reporting this, Jeremy! I see in your system information that you’re using the most recent versions of our plugins, so if issues arise simply when you activate the Avada theme and/or that Fusion plugin, the conflict is inside those pieces of software.
I would recommend reaching out to the Avada and Fusion folks here for some insight on these issues—they might be aware of a common bug/conflict arising from their software.
Thank you,
