WooTickets to Event Tickets Plus Renewal

I renewed my WooTickets license right before it was retired and replaced by the Event Ticket Plus. My renewal isn’t up again until February 2017. Do I need to switch that website to the Events Ticket Plus? If so, is my cost covered since I just renewed? I don’t want my client’s website compromised if my WooTickets isn’t updated/supported, but I also can’t have them paying double because I have to replace it.

Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

We currently support WooCommerce Tickets, but are not adding any more features to it. So you can use it and we will support it. I do not know when we are going to drop support for it.

Did you just renew Event Tickets Plus? Or just the renewal for WooCommerce Tickets?

If you just renewed Event Tickets Plus you can ask for a refund for it as we are giving you a license to both plugins right now. So we could generate a Event Tickets Plus License that expires the same date as the WooCommerce Tickets License you have.

It is recommended though to switch to Event Tickets Plus.
