    Hello,

    We have purchased and activated WooCommerce Tickets Plug-in. But it’s not showing up on the backend of the event posts.

    – WooCommerce Tickets 3.12
    – The Events Calendar 3.12.3
    – WooCommerce 2.4.7
    – WP 4.3.1

    Thanks for purchasing WooCommerce Tickets. I can help get this working with you.

    Can you first confirm that all the plugins are active.

    Also, please follow our new user primer and confirm you have everything setup:

    You do not need the license key or pro for this to work so that would not be causing this issue.

    Let me know about those first two points and we can go from here.

    Hi,

    Yes, all Plug-ins are active. I have read the knowledge base article and think that everything is setup. But, i can’t find the ticket meta box in Backend (https://cloudup.com/cBak7rJtNKA).There’s also no ‘Tickets’ Checkbox at the Screen Options (https://cloudup.com/cZIOZHMVlKz).

    Can i check anything else?

    Is the Ticket Meta Minimized somehow?
