ParticipantHi there,
I’m able to save rsvp tickets on events, but when I switch to woocommerce tickets the change doesn’t save.I enter in the information, click save, and then the message “ticket saved” displays, but the changes are not saved.
Please advise.

ParticipantHey Joanna,
I’m really sorry to hear about this; we don’t have other bug reports of this sort of behavior, and I cannot reproduce this behavior on my own testing site, so I’m wondering if there’s code conflict with another plugin on your site here….
To investigate this and see if that’s the case, I would recommend deactivating EVERY plugin on your site except for only the following four plugins:
• WooCommerce
• The Events Calendar
• Event Tickets
• Event Tickets PlusDeactivate literally every other plugin except for those four above.
When your site is in this state, try saving WooCommerce tickets on an event again.
Do you get the same issue? Or do the tickets seem to save properly?
Let us know what you find!
Thank you,

ParticipantHi George,
Thank you for your reply. It appears that the multi-language plugin is causing the issue with the tickets saving. I’m not sure how I missed that the first time around. When that plugin is disabled, the ticket saves as it should. What can be do to work around this? Both the translation and event tickets are features that must be included.
Thank you for your valuable time.

ParticipantHey @Joanna,
Thank you so much for testing all of those plugins and for your patience with my delayed reply—I was out sick yesterday and am sorry for the slow response here!
I’m sorry to say that the incompatibility with the WPML CMS plugin is mostly insurmountable; we do not have compatibility with those plugins yet, and so there isn’t, for example, a specific configuration of options that would resolve issues with that plugin.
I’m sorry about this, because essentially the two plugins cannot coexist on the same site 🙁
I would be happy to issue a full refund for your license purchases from us because of this! If you would like to get a refund, follow the steps here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
I recommend acting upon those steps before March 5, because March 5 is one month from the date of your original license purchases, and our payment processors unfortunately make it very difficult to issue refunds more than 30 days after a payment is processed.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation here, @Joanna. Sorry to bear the bad news about the plugins!
Sincerely,
GeorgeMarch 17, 2016 at 9:35 am #1090321Support Droid
