Woocommerce order receipt email + event info code snippet

Hi there!

I was lucky to find a snippet that solves one of my problems:

After some fiddling, I managed to insert the snippet into the functions.php of my child theme without breaking site.

It seems to be running, although the order receipt email does not contain any event information, such as time, date, venue and so on.

How can I trouble shoot this, control that the snippet works as intended ? I run Event Calendar Pro, Event Tickets plus.

I see now that I have left out the add_action line. Please excuse this stereotypical user error.
