WooCommerce completed order – but doesn't appear in Orders or Attendees

My client was cross-checking their PayPal sales with an event created with Events Calendar (and Tickets) and found an order that cleared PayPal (and WooCommerce) but that is not appearing in either the Attendees or Orders views for the specific event. I have confirmed that order number (#793) appears in WooCommerce, but does not appear in Attendees or Orders. I have also confirmed that the event ID is correct, and cross-checked this with other purchases of this event (which *were* properly noted on Attendees and Orders).

Any suggestions? How might something like this happen?

The plugin versions are up-to-date, so I’m wondering if we can explore that specific failed order a bit more. Can you address these two questions?

1. Does this discrepancy exist with only that ONE order, or has it happened more than one time to your knowledge?

2. Was that inconsistent order a “manually-added” order, or anything? I.e. did a site admin create the order, or was it a “normal” order bought on the front end by a customer?
