GuestHello all =)
We want to sell tickets on a website for an event. We are looking for a plugin that does just 2 things:
1) Allows a single customer to buy up to 5 tickets (1-5 can be ordered), and
2) Allows each ticket to be in sequential order. Every single ticket purchased (from all customers) has to be +1 from the previous ticket. So, customer A buys 3 tickets and they would be ticket 1, 2 and 3. Customer B then buys 2 tickets and they are ticket 4 and 5, etc.
Will this plugin do this? Currently running Woo Box Office and these options are not available so looking to go a new route.
Thank you for your time!

KeymasterHi Rob,
Thanks for checking out Event Tickets Plus!
You can set a limit on how many tickets are added at one time, but there is not currently a way to prevent the same user from buying additional tickets in another purchase. However, this could be done via a customization or, since you are using WooCommerce, you could potentially get this set up by using a third-party Woo extension. I did a quick search and found the following:
Min/Max Quantities from WooCommerce
Min and Max Purchase for WooCommerce from the wordpress.org plugin repo.
However, you would really need to test it out to see if you could get the limits working exactly the way you need with a third-party extension.
Regarding the ticket numbers…When using Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce, each ticket sold will receive its own unique ticket ID comprised of an abbreviation of the event name and a number denoting the sequential number of that ticket type. For example, the 3rd ticket sold for an event titled “Neighborhood Block Party” would receive the ticket ID NBP-3. If all three tickets were bought in a single order, each of the three tickets would still receive a unique ID number–so you’d have NBP-1, NBP-2, and NBP-3.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
