ParticipantHi,
I would like to buy Events Calendar Pro’s because of the recurring events functionality when it will work with Event Tickets Plus.
Are you planning to make this work and if so what is your time plan?
Thanks,

MemberHi, Jon.
If you start to create a ticket for an Events Calendar PRO recurring event, there will be a little question mark notice that reads:
Currently, tickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.
You should add your vote to this existing feature request for Event Tickets to support PRO’s recurring events.
Something some users are doing right now is using PRO’s recurring events to populate their events calendar but then breaking each occurrence from the series to turn them into single events — basically using PRO as an event generator but not actually using its recurring events functionality on the front-end. Others are just dealing with the tickets on recurring events even though you can’t then tell which occurrence they reserved the ticket for… use this information for your own reference but please don’t take it as any sort of recommendation.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for your detailed answer. It sounds like a good work around.
However the refund policy is not true according your own site information.
On your supportsite: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/stylesheets-and-page-templates/ is at the bottom the statement:
We do not provide refunds because of theme conflicts. If you are wondering about theme compatibility, we recommend that you test your theme with our free core plugin before purchasing the PRO version.I’m struggling with some layout/compatibility theme issues that I do not have with e.g. The All-in-One Activities Calendar layout.
So I will try to solve them first.Regards,

MemberJon, thanks for bringing this inconsistency to our attention.
After confirming with management that this article’s statement was incorrect, I modified it to match the messaging regarding refunds throughout the rest of our site.
Although we do not fully support each theme, we do help where we can, so feel free to post that as a separate support question and we’ll let you know where we can and cannot assist. Make sure to include a link to where we can see this happening (specific URL) and how you expect it should appear.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this thread’s main topic.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. Thanks so much!
