    Hello,

I am posting a separate thread for this problem. Seemingly since the 4.2.2 update, when I add recurring dates to a new or existing event, the program inevitably hangs up on a future date/event and starts to creates many copies of the event item.

My most recent test found it was creating 15 events for every recurring event time.

I am using shared hosting with wordpress 4.5.3 and PHP 5.5.34. I am attaching the sys. info to this post.

    Thanks,

    Charles

    Hey Charles,

Thank you for providing the System Information with your post! Can you also send over the ‘Time & Date‘ rules you’ve got set for the event(s) that are giving you troubles? Does the issue occur with both the default WP theme active and only our plugins active as outlined in our Testing for conflicts guide? Lastly, does the issue occur with all recurring events? A couple? If only a couple, can you provide links to those events?

Thanks again and I look forward to your response. Have a great weekend.
    Cheers!

    Hi Hunter,

Back to work on Monday and I saw a hotfix release. I installed that and my issue seems to be resolved. Thanks for your response!
