Configuring the Events By Week Widget

Can this widget support the tooltip hover that gives more details on the event ?
If not out of the box are there any code changes you can provide to allow this ?

Although the link you sent me looks like the full calendar page, viewed by week ?

I was specifically asking about the week view widget and if that supported the tooltip hover over the event ?

Ah, thanks for restating that.

So, no, there aren’t tooltips on hover for the This Week widget/shortcode. They could probably be added to it, though.

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

You could also submit a feature request for it if you’d like.

CJ, thanks for submitting that feature request form, and I created this demo page for you to see the Weekly View shortcode in action.

One thing I didn’t think to mention before is that we’ll soon be releasing shortcodes for each of our views. These “full view shortcodes” will probably come within 1-2 months. If I’m correctly understanding how it’ll be implemented, the Week View (not existing widget/shortcode) as seen at http://wpshindig.com/events/week/ does have tooltips.
