"We were unable to sync your event to Eventbrite."

The initial sync works but once I click the “update” button on my wordpress, I get the error message of:

“We were unable to sync your event to Eventbrite. Here’s what happened: There are errors with your arguments: event.tickets – MISSING, event.name – INVALID”

The event ID also changes and prompts me to go to eventbrite to create an entirely new event.

Can you check to see if the issues still occur after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide and report back with your findings?
