    Hello
    Our site is http://convergence.net.nz/
    We have set up tickets on the page http://convergence.net.nz/tickets
    When we gather information we only get the information for the person purchasing the ticket.
    If they buy 4 tickets all 4 tickets are in their name.
    I have created Custom fields which allow us to collect the name of other people attending.
    When I try to manage the tickets under Attendees I cannot search for any of the Attendees names. I can only get to the person that pruchased the ticket.

    We require a list of names of all participants.

    How do I do this?

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for reaching out. I will try to help with your question if I can.

    You can create custom fields right in the ticket that will collect whatever data you need for each person attending, even if multiple tickets are bought by the same user.

    This information should then show in the Attendees report.

    Hello Sky,
    I have already set up fields as suggested.
    I cannot find the attendees names when I click on Attendees. This lists the Primary details only and when I search the Attendee list it only finds the Primary Details.
    The screen shots show an Attendee called Dave. But when I search for Dave he does not exist. This makes it difficult to manage the bookings and the only way around this I can think of is to Export the data all the time.
    Is there a better way to do this?

    Hi again,

    I see. Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t currently work like that. It creates each attendee under the person’s name who bought the tickets. I’m not aware of any workarounds to this.

    I do agree that it would be better to have each as in individual attendee.

    Feel free to suggest this as a feature at our User Voice forum.
