I’m sorry that this stopped working for you…it sounds like you may have had a customization running that was adding the attendee meta info to the confirmation email? Can you please send me the code that you were using to do this?
We are a bit limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!

ParticipantI’ve attached a snippet showing the Tickets tab of Events > Settings. This shows that both are clicked to include metadata information but on two emails we have not received it. It is also of note that the metadata was retained on the attendee list, it just wasn’t included in the email to either the administrator or the end user.
To my knowledge the code hasn’t been edited, however I can post whatever you need me to as long as you can direct me to the location of the code.

Thanks for sending that screenshot! I see now that you are referring to the Additional Email Options extension – it’s possible that this version is not 100% compatible with the latest versions of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. I will check with our developers on this and get back to you with an update.
In the meantime, you might want to try out this extension instead. If this doesn’t work for you, can you please send me a copy of the extension that you’re currently using via a Dropbox link? Our extensions are technically not supported, but I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend.
