View Your Tickets Link Refreshes The Page

Hello,

I hope this message finds you doing very well.

I love the View Your Tickets option where the customer can update their tickets right from the single event page. Unfortunately, the only way this link works is if I test it using the Twenty Sixteen theme which isn’t really an option at this point since I’ve built my site around another theme. Any suggestions as to how I can achieve the same functionality on my theme as I am seeing being displayed on the Twenty Sixteen Theme.

Thanks for getting in touch with us! What you describe is actually a known bug caused by the single-event.php template override 🙁

The good news is that the fix for this is scoped for next maintenance release 4.2.5 coming out in a bit less than two weeks (take a look at our releases schedule). So I’ll set this thread status to pending fix and relate it with our internal bug ticket in order to keep you updated and let you know when the fix is out.
