ParticipantI have to be upfront and honest with y’all. I am stumped on what’s causing this issue, and without knowing a cause we will be unable to patch it. Tomorrow our entire team meets together to discuss the week, and I will ask everyone else if they have any ideas here.
For now it seems like the only solution is to recreate the affected events from WP Admin > Events > Add New, as Marcella did with one of them. If the new one works, then you can delete the old. I realize this is not a great workaround which is why we will keep investigating tomorrow to see if a better one can be found.
Thanks for your patience and time helping diagnose thus far!

ParticipantWould anyone be willing to share a copy of their database with us? If so, please export it, put it in a zip file and email it to support @ this website. If you can include a link to this topic, I will then receive a copy of it and try reproducing your issue with your exact data.
Thanks again for everyone’s assistance. I am sorry this is proving difficult/lengthy to find a resolution for.
Cheers!

ParticipantHey @brook: so I tried just deactivating Events Calendar Pro which makes the permalink suddenly work. Here’s the permalink with Pro activated:
/event/live-event-trivia-wednesdays/2015-11-11/
, which immediately redirects to here:
/event/live-event-trivia-wednesdays/all/
Here’s the permalink with Pro deactivated:
/event/live-event-trivia-wednesdays-2015-11-11/
Not sure if that helps at all, but I wanted to point it out. Is there a different single event view for Pro that I am not accounting for?

ParticipantThanks for sharing that manufactur. I will definitely do some tests surrounding disabling/enabling Pro. So far nothing has surfaced though. It’s possible we will need a database dump to make progress here.

ParticipantHi @Brook,
I’ve been out the past week. Sorry to leave you hanging for so long. I just emailed my database dumb to your support address. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do.
Thanks!

ParticipantThank you Marcella! I really appreciate that. They just forwarded me the database.
Getting it installed and running locally takes a bit of extra work than our usual thread. I will get back with you on my findings tomorrow or the next day. Let me know if you have any questions in the mean time. Cheers!

ParticipantWe are having this issue too after the update to ECP 4.
If you go to: http://www.numericapac.org/events/list/ and try one of these events you can’t see the Event Page, just a list of all the Events:
– Nutcracker (you get http://www.numericapac.org/event/wvso-the-nutcracker/all/)
– Follies A La Mode (as seen on this page: http://www.numericapac.org/events/list/?tribe_paged=4&tribe_event_displ…)
– Mary Poppins (you get http://www.numericapac.org/event/mary-poppins/all/)They really need people to be able to get to those single Event pages to get info and buy tickets.

ParticipantHowdy Brad,
Thank you for reaching out. I just realized my update never made it to this thread. I tested with Marcella’s database. However the problem events were already missing from it so I was not able to replicate the problem, and thus stand some chance of isolating it. If your database is still affected by this and you don’t mind providing a copy of it, we would love to run tests on it.
If you don’t wish to provide the database, keep in mind that creating a new event with the same details and deleting the old one has worked for everyone else. It’s definitely a bit of a pain, but it is a solution available right now.
