I have Event Calendar PRO and in my download list I have the version 4.1.3 and after installing, it says I must download newest version. But when I download the newest version which is hosted on WordPress, it is not PRO. I don’t see where to input key etc…

Why there is an older version in my account when a newer one has been released? Update your site please…

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

The latest version of Pro is 4.1.3

The latest version of Core is 4.1.4

There is no version 4.1.4 for Pro.

For compatibility the first two numbers should be the same the third number is different depending on how the releases go.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

but i dont nderstand. when i download the PRO from my account, it says to update to latest version. So, I must install the one on WordPress as well (Free)? Both have different version number and even if I do that, it’s still asking me to update..

You should have both The Events Calendar 4.1.4 the free version and Events Calendar Pro 4.1.3 installed and active.

Can you provide a link to your site in a private reply?

Also, please review our New User Primer to help get setup with all the settings:

New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro

Let me know about that link.

    Thanks
