Venues Not Saving Properly

    So, the Venues save and appear to be stored but are unselectable and sometimes editable (sometimes they just vanish and have to be re-entered). I’ve attached two screenshots to show you the issue. I’ve created an event with a venue and organizer – the organizer saves but the Venue reads “No Saved Venues” but retains the details of the venue (under rare and random circumstances that I haven’t been able to reproduce, the venue details vanish while editing / updating and then have to re-enter it all again). When I click on the Venues from the sidebar to see them all – I see 31 venues (we actually only have 3 or 4, so there is likely a LOT of duplicates/triplicates/etc) – but nothing shows in the list!

    Hey Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    To clarify, this is occurring on the event edit screens in the Venue metabox? I did a couple of tests on my local install but wasn’t able to replicate this issue (although you did mention that some of the issues were sporadic so I’ll try a few more times).

    However, as a first step, have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict occurring with an existing plugin or theme.

    Let me know if that reveals anything different.
