Venue import stops after 5 venues

    Just tried to upload venues (see attached CSV). It takes the first five and then it stops. No error. No feedback.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us about this issue. I’ll help you getting this right!

    Let me start by saying I could successfully import all venues in the file running a ‘vanilla’ WordPress install. I’d start by trying this ina a different browser (or in an incognito mode tab). If that doesn’t work, Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

    Thanks. Since I didn’t hear back for 3 days, I ended up just typing them in by hand.

    Stoked to hear Joseph you could sort this out! Sorry you had to do it manually thou. We don’t work on weekends so generally Mondays is our catch-up day.
