Venue and event owners

I want to set up a calendar that has different venues. Each venue should have users that ‘own’ it and only they can add and edit events to that venue. Each individual event can also have an owner who will only be able to edit that event.

Is this possible?

I’d also like each venue to have its own calendar of events.
