    Hi,

So I’m working on a site for a local museum. They do have events now and again and want to sell tickets for those, but they also want to sell tickets for daily admission (almost daily, they are closed one day a week).

Can I use tickets for something like this (a one day admission to the museum) ? I know your site says that tickets doesn’t support reccuring events but would it work if we did something like make an event every day for a month?

Thanks. any info would be appreciated

    Hi Louie,

Thanks for checking out Event Tickets Plus!

You are correct that recurring tickets are not currently supported – you can add a ticket to a series of events, but the ticket will apply to the series as a whole, not individual dates in the series. If you need one ticket per day, you would need to create a separate ticket for each day.

We are working on adding in true recurring ticket functionality in the future, but unfortunately I don’t have a timeline for you at the moment as to when this will be implemented.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
